What's a late model B7100 HST worth? 150 hrs

B7100 HST 4X4


I missed this little gem last year with only 50 hrs and it was in showroom condition. I followed it to it's new home, and told them I wanted first shot when they sold it. I got the call, and it now has 150 hrs. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. If it's still in just as good condition as it was last year...what would it be worth in today's market? It comes with MMM and scrape blade. I think it has 4 lug front wheels but let me double check that. It also has the wide turf tires. I would prefer the AG wheels and tires. I've always wanted this model Kubota since I used one right out of highschool. It was a little work horse. I can't remember....do these have power steering? I would love to clean it up and enjoy it around the garden and such. Can't have too many tractors....can you??

Here is what you might do. You know what it was selling for 100 hours ago. You wanted it then and you want it now, presumably.

Those 100 hours mean some depreciation in the minds of the sellers, but not that much. You didn't say, but if it was for sale last year at $8K, you could deduct 10% or $800. Since you know the price from a year ago, you know better than any of us speculating here. Comparisons with TractorHouse and such aren't nearly as good as the inside information you possess.

Is it worth $5,000 with MMM and a scrape blade?? It has turf tires now....and it's an HST.

Last year I sold a 1995 B7100 4x4 HST with 60" MMM, FEL, Box Blade, vacuum bagger attachment for $6000. It was in good shape with 800 hours.
