Whats a L3710 worth?

I posted on here a couple of months ago, since then we (my dad and me) have decided to go with the Kubota 6040 or 7040. My question is my dad has a L3710 4x4 fel, hst, and turf tires. It currently has right at 1000 hrs. and is a 2004 model I think. What would be a good price to get out of this tractor. He had it sold last year for 14500 but decided to keep it another year. It is in great shape, most of the hours on it are from mowing with a finish mower. Thanks for your help. Oh, almost forgot the prices we are getting on the 6040 is about 28200 and the 7040 about 29000. Both are 4x4 with fel and hydraulic shuttle shift, no cab and R4 tires.

Thanks that is a good site had to save it to my favorites. Looks like he is pretty close on price if anything he is a little low.
