Price Check What's a fair price?

What would be a fair price for a 2004 Kubota M5700, 4WD, w/LA1002 loader, extra set of wet lines to the rear, 448 hours, ROPS and Canopy, R4 tires, Shuttle shift (but still need to use clutch)? It's 62HP engine, 52HP PTO. Paint's in good shape (loader is a little faded) and tires are around 70-80%.
