My tractor has not got here yet. I'm ordering a top link so I can put it on as soon as it arrives. Can anyone tell me what type of hydraulic connectors fit the rear remotes? "valve type" or "ball type" or is there a difference or is it something else. First time tractor owner.

I use Pioneer Universal Agricultural Male Tip (1/2”), ISO 5675, Connect Under Pressure - 8010 Series Nipples | #8010-4P-DC.
This is the male tip to go to the tractor with a 1/2" npt thread for the hose.

You can use 1/4" hose for a top link. It does not need much flow.
The ball type and poppet type ISO 5675 are supposedly interchangeable.
The connect under pressure feature is in the female side. I have a set and find them to have stiffer springs both internally and in the release sleeve, making them hard to connect when not mounted to a bulkhead.
