What size wheel (rim)?

I have broken the front wheel/rim on my TU 150FD. The Ag tire that was mounted on it originally is a 5x12 and the current turf tire is a 6x12.
Two questions: 1) what size rim is it and 2) does anyone have an idea as to where I might find one?
