With the F 350 I would go with a 10k Gooseneck, 20 foot deck
That said, you could go a bit lighter duty on the trailer but why not have a bit extra hauling room and capacity

A tandem axle 7000 lb. GTWR (two 3500 lb. axles) would do that job, just fine. Then again, a 350 dually with 7.3 diesel can also handle much more, if you see future need for a heavier trailer.

I have a Farmtrac 360 DTC with FEL and I have a 20' bumper pull equipment trailer 18' deck 2' dovetail with 2 7k axles, if you ever plan on hauling a bush hog mower or any other 3 pt hitch implements you wont want to go shorter than 20'. I use a 30' gooseneck to haul my big tractor and while I do like how the gooseneck pulls better, I can get the bumper pull in much tighter driveways as it tracks the truck better.
