What LS with a cab and A/C? (Looking for lowest price with an A/C)

Hey guys,

I was looking a year or so ago, and am just about to the point I could get a tractor and, at that time, I think the LS 3037(?) was the smallest LS I could get with a cab and A/C. Is that still the case and what sort of price should I expect (range.. I know).. for the tractor, a bucket, and a shredder for mowing?

I am not sure if there is an LS in my town.. may be one in Austin.. but, the one I saw a while back looked pretty solid.

Mainly want it for mowing, moving dirt and rocks, driveway, roads at my ranch.

Nothing major, but tired of heat being my enemy.. heh.. so figured I would opt for a cab vs say.. a backhoe.

Ideas? Trying to compare it to a Branson 3725ch, I think. I would be happy as **** with a 2400-ish type, but the A/C means I can use it in any weather....so... I think a bonus.

XR3135C is probably their smallest ones, the XR30XX are being phased out now and my dealer doesn't carry them any more.

I think curtis makes a cab for the tiny mode BX, Kubota, air conditioning, AC, Kubota BX237-1, Kubota BX238
Don't know anything about it other than being an oddity in size.

Yea, sorta klunky looking, heh.. but I guess it gets the job done. Got a quote on a LS XR3135C with a box blade and a 6' cutter. Right at 28k out the door. Checking on the XR3135HC to see what the difference is. I hear the HC is easier on the legs heh

Still debating a fully-loaded non cab vs just what I need with a cab. Love the idea of a/c...just gotta see if it is worth twice the monthly price for what I do.

Yeah those things don't look pretty, I'm debating getting a cab before this weekend it was losing ground because I figure they loss of sight would be unacceptable, but its raining like crazy here in Texas hill country and I thought I'd like to be moving dirt and generally using a tractor. I spent too much time in the Army out in the rain convincing myself I didn't mind it. Besides a/c at sometime stopped being a 'luxury' as well.

I bought my XR3037HC 4 years ago to have a cab with heat and A/C. Being in Texas you probably don't need the heater like we do up north. As mentioned, unless you find a new leftover the XR3037 has been phased out and replaced with the XR3135. Pretty much the same tractor but has the new LS engine instead of the Shibaura engine in mine. I prefer the hydrostatic for my uses and think you'd like it too. Best of luck in your decision.
