What is it?

After changing the engine oil and filter on my New Holland CTL, cleaning up my mess I found this part on the floor. I haven't had the loader back in my shop with the boom up and side covers off to give it a good looksee. I have used it several hours since the oil change and nothing is leaking.It looks like a cap for something, no threads just the rubber ring and the metal piece that looks like it is half rusted away. Any suggestions on what it is or how to identify it? Thanks lt190b.

A broken "valve" cap off of some piece of equipment other than your tractor would be my best guess.

Oh, and some sort of coin... which looks to be in the same condition.
