Today I got back to my parents house and had time to fiddle with the tractor. Backed it out of the shed, and shut it off, and worked the SCV all 4 directions. The next thing I did was to try and reconnect the two hoses (for the curl function) that I had left loose last weekend, because they wouldn't snap back in place. I tried to reconnect them both, and lo and behold, they both reconnected and snapped in place with little effort. My best guess is that has something to do with "time". It just took time for the pressure in the loader hose circuits to leak down enough to let me reconnect them. That's all I got, anyway, unless someone has a better theory.

One thing that I have noticed with my loader on my 4410 is that if I bump the frame of the loader as I'm driving up to it I have more of a problem hooking up the hoses. My guess is that by bumping the loader and moving it a bit I'm pressuring up one side of the lift arm hoses. For whatever reason the hoses reconnect easier if I'm careful not to bump the loader as I drive into it to hook it up.
