What is going on with Markham Welding

I dropped them an email a couple of days ago about there light duty grapple for my ck 20. They have not returned the email or called me back. I read all the great reviews that people have gave them and not sure why they are not getting back to me. maybe they are on vacation this week. I really would like to get one ordered to get it here as soon as possible.

Try calling them, I ordered one yesterday. I tried calling all day Monday with no luck, yesterday they picked right up, half price shipping too!

sometimes emails get caught in spam filters or just lost in the noise of hundreds of emails.

Think maybe yours got lost. I emailed them yesterday after five and I had a reply by eight this morning.

I called twice today and just got the answering machine, left message first time but no call back. Maybe I will be able to get into contact with them tomorrow.

My first email to them went unanswered for a day or so. I then called. They were very good to work with, a husband and wife team. The schools here in my county in NC are on spring break and could be theirs are too and they are having to do some parent stuff. As others stated I'd call again.

I got my grapple today from them.
Melissa had surgery recently and has only been able to put in half days. It took me a couple of phone calls and emails to get my order in. They are quite busy right now and are getting thru their emails and queue. I found the best way to get them is to send an email and follow up with a phone call.

Yes I ordered the light duty, Melissa said I should have it by next Friday, I think she said it was 3 day shipping to Maine. Keep trying to call, Melissa is great to talk to and very informative. I ordered the light duty, had them delete the flat face hydraulic couplers, add spacer tines, 1/2 price shipping to Maine, for a total of $1018.

Good luck. I placed an order three weeks ago. 4 days after the VISA people told me that they had a security breech and my card was no longer good. I have called just about every day and left messages half a dozen times to give them my new card number but have had no luck getting through or getting a call back. The reason I went with them was because of the good things said here on TBN. Maybe they don't want any more business right now? Next time I will buy local. Unfortunately it's aggravations like this that give a small business owner a bad reputation.
