Price Check what is a fair price for a 955?

I am going to an auction tomorrow that has low hour 955 (100 hrs). The tractor has a FEL 70A and turf tires (not my choice but it is what it is). I think it must have been stored out as it looks a little faded but in good general shape. It does have a canopy on it that I would probably remove as I have a heavily wooded lot. Also what MMM is appropriate for this model?
