What Implement would you use to clean up these ruts?

I'd just back drag-em. Not worth the hassle of hooking anything else up. If I had an extensive area rutted like that I might drag harrow or combo disk and drag harrow.

I would just spend some time back dragging with my bucket..

Back drag the FEL. Baling wire a piece of pipe and chain length together and drag it. How often do you want to repair this?

Did you build in a hole? Might need to plan on some contouring or terracing or something.

I would just back drag those with the bucket too.

York Rake and bucket.

Same as above. Grade with bucket. If you are good with the loader, you can grade/fill going forward and smooth by back dragging. Work your way from the furthest point back. I like to gently scoop up the ridges first, fill the holes, then back drag the ruts parallel to the way they run.

Seriously, did you build in a hole? I live on a rockpile within driving distance of a near desert. In the last ten years, all of newyork state received at least 3 times the rainfall I did. Some years and cities far more.And, you have dirt!

Doesnt water run in your overheads or wash that beautiful topsoil down?

Harley rake. It would fill, smooth, and level the ruts in one pass - and would leave the surface ready for seeding.
