Just to let everyone know, I ended up with a 25L barrel from my mechanic so I know it is the right oil for it - also for our horsebox - thank you for your input.

Now I have a problem with the PTO which I shall make a different post about!

Thank you Agvg - I shall get a 20L barrel from Pirtek! Maybe I can use that in my quad bikes as well.

Never use domestic engine oil in vehicles with wet clutches. That's why the manufacturers of those vehicles recommend their brand specific oil.

The OP's tractor seems to be an older model with the Perkins engine. They usually aren't picky.
The link to the Perkins brand engine oil seems to be one of the latest releases of a new oil generation. The OP's engine won't need it.
