Mark,
unless I am wrong an advertiser provides some kind of support, BUT DOES NOT have the ability to delete posts or anything like that..
Only moderators can delete posts or do that kind of thing..

I think they mainly help keep the lights on. :)

IIRC, being an advertiser means that they have paid a fee and due to this, can offer stuff from their business for sale (like this thread). additionally, they often have an ad on the main forum page (or in the banner at the top).

As for the other questions, we will have to wait for a moderator or Muhammad to respond to this thread.

Then I would assume that having a undesirable post removed, is no less difficult than sending a PM to the moderator. And we all know the paying customer is always right. It seems like one of the advertisers here is taking liberal advantage of this little perk.

hmmmm.. Then I would be crying foul..

There is a fine line here---
1. Negative posts by one user towards another user get removed all the time.
I had one once.
2. Negative reviews by the users here on a product-- if they are accurate-- provided they are not inflammatory should be a different story...

Drop Muhammad a PM and see what he says.

Our posts are subject to the same guidelines as any other TBN member with no exception and no special "perks" here. Ken Sweet

Anyone who has followed the day's activities here has firsthand knowledge the accuracy of this statement. Whether initiated by the advertiser directly, or by the charge to his credit card account, he has had his say. We need to remember that we participate here at the pleasure of the site owners and by extension the moderators. We are bound to their version of free speech; and it should be that way because it is their ball and rulebook.

Advertising is not permitted in the discussion forums without prior permission from TBN. Those with the "advertiser" member title are paying for that permission, which of course keeps TBN free for the rest of us.
