My buddy asked me to sell his fuel tank for him. I'm needing a price range on it from you guys since I know nothing about them. Yes I know it's all depends on region, condition, pump, etc....
But I'm just seeing what you guys think. I'm getting more pictures tonight but here's some. And it looks like a 500gal.

Looking at pic 3 the blue tank looks like a standard home heating oil 275 Gallon tank. Can't tell if the pump is electric or hand crank.
Used 275 gallon tanks in my area sell for $50-75. I bought 2 in good shape for $75 each.
I also have the Roughneck 12V 8 GPM electric pump with hose and gas pump style nozzle which I bought on sale for $150.
TSC sells a manual hand crank pumps for $169. so it pays to shop around for electric. Used manual pump would be around $50-75 also. So tops I would pay for your friends tank and manual pump would be about $150.

If I have a fire I want it to be big enough to total everything. I have a 3rd 275 tank in the basement. The taller one in the pic is to refill the basement tank for the furnace. The one with the shorter legs is for the tractor. Propane is for the stove only.
That's what insurance is for and I have replacement cost at today's prices.
I'd love to have the house and garage rebuilt but bigger and better. You never have enough room.
To be honest, no one wants a fire but if it does I don't want to be around.
