What did you pay for quick-hitch? weight-box?

I am curious as to what the typical price of a quick-hitch would be. I see Northern has them for about $199. Is this typical? What about brand-named quick-hitch like JD i-match, etc?

Also, similar question on weight boxes? What is the typical price on these?

Homier has them for cheaper. Do a search on iMatch. People have posted prices of $200 up.

Can't speak of the other brands, but a new one from John Deere was about $185 last year.

Paid $160 for a Kubota weight box and then they threw in 4 miss matched wheel weights to fill it up.

I got my weight box for free when I ordered the FEL. I did pay for 4 casters that I later welded to the bottom of the weight box so I could roll it around the garage. The cost of the casters was about $5 or $6 buck each. So I guess the thing cost me about $20. I didn't get any free weights so i filled it with bricks. The NH dealer offered to fill the tires with fluid but I declined because I wanted the tractor for mowing. When I got the Kubota, I didn't get a weight box, but that one had a free fill of fluid in the rear tires.

I bought a Pat's Easy Change, forget the price but it is listed on TBN for sale so that is probably what I paid for it (got it over a year ago) and if you buy it from TBN you help support the website that we all love!

The weight box runs about $160. If you get a quick hitch you will need to get a set of bushings.

Mine was included in the sale of the tractor as a package price. MSRP I heard was $120 for a BX2230

I paid 279.00 for a landpride quickhitch, which was supposed to be dealer cost,at the time of purchase of my tc45. TC45fwd,16la,quickhitch, 21,279.00. So far the hitch has not fit any of my implements. Approx. 1 inch too wide. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
