Im just wondering what cool projects we as Bobcat owners have done?

The only thing cool I did with 440 was pop some stumps out with the hoe and move my neighbors 12X24 shed, which was fun when I picked up one end with a set of forks, lol.:D I know I know where are the pics, I didnt take any yet.

I've just mostly done a little dirt work and a lot of mowing, but the other day I used it to help hang one of my deer stands. I had an extension ladder up against the tree, pulled the tractor up close and tilted the bucket all the way back. I put the stand in the bucket and raised it all the way up. Since this was a 1 man job, I used the ladder to climb the tree, then stepped into the bucket to give me a working plaform. It worked pretty well. I would have liked to get it a little higher, but I think that was about as good as I could safely do as a 1 man crew.

I find myself being quite ceative at times because I live by myself. My Tractor is the best helper I can have, never have to call a buddy to help lift things and such, plus it doesnt drink as much beer as most of my friends, lol.

Wow, you mean somebody actually has one delivered? ;) I'm starting to hope I don't need to contract out to clear snow from the yard before that thing ever shows up. I've got a list a mile long of stuff I need to do.

I ordered mine back in May and it took 8 weeks to show up and another 6 for rear remotes so I feel yr pain. Sounds like yr Bobcat is going to get a good break in as soon as it gets there.

I really wanted a CT235, but I missed out on the really good promo's for those. The dealer had quoted me for both the CT230 and the CT235. He called me and said he had just taken delivery of 2 new CT230's I told him I'd take one. I did have to wait for my rear remotes, but it only took a couple weeks. I have been very happy and satified with the perfomance on my new machine.
I'd say the savings are worth the wait.

Ordered my CT-235 in May and only waited 4 weeks! Mostly have used it to move gravel on driveway. Have also pulled out a few tree trunks and dug out a few large rocks. Will use it mostly for snow removal and landscape work next summer!

I spent several hours this weekend brush hogging. It was a good time. I cut down tons of 12 foot tall weeds, and bunches of small locust and hedge trees. I am working on reclaiming a bunch my property back from being overgrown. The most difficult part, is the fact that we have a fairly large creek that runs diagonally across the property. It floods out several times a year, and when it does it seem to deposit tons of debris all over the bottoms, so it makes brush hogging a bit difficult, as I try and not run over anything that will pop a tire.

I think one of my next investments will be in some type of wood chipper to help get rid of the trash wood that gets dropped all over the place.

May not be the most "green" idea but could you just start a burn pile.

Most of the junk wood is floating down stream from an area that was logged out more the n 10 years ago. It is mostly rotten and waterlogged. I highly doubt it would burn effectively. It's also spread all over the place. I think it would be simpler to just pull up to it and chuck it into the chipper and move on to the next piece, instead of dragging it piece by piece all over the place.

Spent the evening brush hogging some deer trails.
