What color green (paint) is Montana?

Does that color green used by Montana have a name? Is it the same as John Deere or is it different?

I have some old implements and a wagon that need to be repainted and was going to make them match my tractor.

I saw some Montanas today from the highway. A unique, pretty color of green, but a darker green than JD I think.

My attorney has told me in the past that a company cannot patent or copyright a color. However, Royal Purple was able to do so with the color purple for their oil and oil bottles. When I mentioned that fact, it appears to be the rare exception. However, to prevent the expensive defense of law suits, I would imagine that Montana would have used a different shade of green. They could be an easy target for JD if they used the exact same color.

It's different then John Deere green. A little darker. When I picked up my Montana tractor, they gave me a can of spray paint for touch up's. It's custom mixed and the label is printed Montana Green. Maybe someone at Montana would tell you how to get the same color of even sell you some paint???
