Price Check What changes ave been made to RTV1100 since it first came out.

I am really close to pulling the pin on a new RTV1100. I was wondering what changes have been made to the RTV1100 since it hit the market. In particular I would like to know the changes made during the production year for 2010.

Well ones that I have noticed are.

Changed paint on front bumper guard to gray from silver.
Spray in bed liner in bed from factory.
Guard around radio antenna bracket now.
Integrated hydro dump into brake pedal instead of knob on dash.
Availabilty of sliding windows in the doors.
Also thinking some minor tweaks under bed for engine and other brackets if I remember right.
Think they also redesigned part of the high air intake kit that goes between bed and cab for better airflow.

Next time at dealer will see if there is anything else. Got first one that they had come through and has been good with 250 hours except for a leak sometimes at the window seal at top of cab leaking. Do recomend the high air intake kit if you are doing much off road to save air filters and also the diesel water seperator filter kit as ad ons.

Is the filter a Kubota product or an after-market product? I would like to add one to my 900.

It is a Kubota kit, it uses the filter housing off the Bs that has a black plastic housing with a plastic bowl. The kit was made for the RTV 900 but it also may be used on the RTV1100 as there are holes in the frame already tapped for the bracket, but you need different fuel line hoses. It is self bleading as you turn the bowl on it presses the fuel flow plunger in the filter housing so no valve needs to be fitted upstream.
