New Holland amended the programs today to include 0%-60mons on the TC35 and TC40 series tractors, along with the TZ22, TC23, and TC26.

Appears that New Holland has yet to update the website. Perhaps with the holiday they are a bit behind.

Amongst sub-compacts and compacts, 0%-60mons is available on the TZ22, TC23, TC26, TC35, and TC40. All others are at 0%-36mons.

my guess would be yes, you can finance the implements in if you bought the qualifying tractor? implements only i doubt it.
