what are ihc #9 sickle mowers worth and who buys them?

To find a collector you might still find some value. The amish would still use it!

There really are not collectors per se. Their value depends on condition. Ready to go field ready sharp and oiled about $450. Fully restored and painted ready for a museum might go for more but there is no market.

I just bought a #6 for parts for$125. Because parts are unavailable people that use them try to buy them when they find them. I generally try to get any mower I can within an hours drive.

Where are you located?
A 30 second search (like this one) would have told you to look in PA, NY, OH, IN and Ontario (Canada).

Post it for sale on craigslist in your area, post it at $275 and see if someone calls. On craigslist you need to repost every few days or week to keep it at the top of the list. Be sure to add at least one photo
