Ditto the above statement! You being available here to answer questions and hear people's concerns is a good thing. It will certainly boost the "confidence level" of Mahindra owners. Welcome.

musa_marketing,

Glad to see someone from the company here on the forums, please stick around!

I'm picking up a new 2015 HST tomorrow /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I spend a lot of time on other forums (woodworking, trucks, etc.) and it really means alot to have someone within the company participating !

Welcome to the forum! Since I do not have a tractor yet, I would like someone from Mahindra to answer two questions.

1. Why does it take weeks to get simple parts? A response on this forum will be a big boost, IMO.

The last time I was at the dealer in Florala, Alabama, he was beside himself on the amount of "lip service" he was getting from the factory. Simply, he was told parts were on the way for several customers and called back to check on the status only to find out they hadn't yet been shipped. This all occurred while I was there driving product. It was because of this and some other postings on this forum of lack of support that I wrote this tractor line off my list to buy. My wife and I have made arrangements with neighbors to do the heavy work this winter so I'm looking at smaller tractors. I was looking at the 4110 but the 2810/2810hst/3015hst will work for us.

2. What's it going to take to reel me back in? You can pm on this one.

sidenote: JD, Kubota, and Massey Ferg here in Crestview, FL are all chomping at the bit for my business and calling just about everyday now.

I would also like to extend a warm welcome to musa_marketing. I hope you can understand some of my skepticism with your credibility in this forum as someone actually from MahindraUSA.

I can understand that if you are contributing ideas in this forum on your own time - why you chose to remain anonymous . I guess I will have to give you the benefit of the doubt and observe what you are able to do for any Mahindra owner when his/her dealer can't get the job done. I will be the first to officially apologize to you when you prove your ability to get the job done.

I hope to see your posts and answers as your presence in the forum will be a very welcome addition.

Bob Curry,
I'm a Mahindra dealer and must say that there was a period of time last year where I was getting frustrated with parts problems, but soon after Mahindra hired a new parts manager and increased the size of the parts department by 500% and put all the parts online for us dealers. Since then parts issues have vanished. The dealers get great service, prompt communication and quick shipping.

I second that. I LOVE the on-line parts ordering. I have a 6520 in the shop right now that needs a key for the timing gear, and just ordered it on-line for a Saturday delivery (hoping it actually happens). Have had good info and support from Dan Smith the field service manager too. Nice fellow, easy to deal with and full of good ideas.

Thanks for joining musa marketing!

I have been a Mahindra dealer now for almost 4 years. I have had maybe 3 or 4 incidences in that time where I ran upon a back ordered part. A couple of the times was during the month when Mahindra was moving to their new parts location (September 04). Check and see if the competition can match that record. I think not.
