We need some parts

We have a 2005 Farmtrac 360 DTC that has a broken front grill area.

I know ... this is a Montana board. The FT 360 equates to a Montana 3840. I may have to paint the new parts if we find them in green, but I think I can find some Orange paint.

I have asked in the FT thread and no help yet, so I thought I would try here.

Have you tried these guys? They sell Montana and LS tractors.

If it were that easy, I would not have posted to this board. Guess I should have included this from my post in the Farmtrac thread:

the local Montana Dealer says that the part is Out-of-stock with Montana.

... and they do not have one in stock.

So, I guess the short answer is "Yes, I have tried those guys"

I was just trying to be helpfull Sometimes people have help in their backyard but dont know it and post here before looking for a dealer.

That is really scary if an LS dealer cannot get a grill for a LS made machine, either that or that dealer is not that good of a dealer and doesnt have the contacts that they need.

Let us know how if anything every becomes of it, I will watch with anticipation because I need a grill for mine also, mine is not as bad as yours and I have made some temporary repairs with zip ties but eventually I am going to need some parts.

I appreciate your trying to help. All help is welcome.

I have dealt with that dealer before and they are a good dealership that tries to do what they can. They have gotten me some other parts in the past, as well as given me some advise and answered questions even though they knew I was buying the parts elsewhere to save money.

He said that he called Montana and talked with the "Farmtrac" guy there and that they did not have that part in stock.

The LS line is new and, even though they may eventually carry some of the mechanical parts, they may not have a supply of body parts for the Farmtrac or the Montana line.

I will post what results I find if and when I do find something.
