We Lost Friend Saturday

If you haven't heard the news, we all lost a friend on Saturday. Paul Harvey died at age 90. Radio Legend Paul Harvey Dies at 90

Don't know about the rest of you, but I will miss him.

I just haven't listened to any radio hardly at all in the last 20 years, but I used to really enjoy hearing Paul Harvey. I used to listen to him regularly.

I use to listen to him faithfully at my last job ,for 13 years.He will be sadly missed.Probably saying 'THIS IS PAUL HARVEY,GOOD DAY!!"

I think he lost his adored wife, Angel, last year to cancer. He just never seemed to be the same after that. Most of his news and commentary, including "The Rest of the Story" were done by his son, PH jr. I will surely miss him. He was a grand fellow and gentleman with his own warm appeal and outlook on life.

I haven't heard him in years and years but we use to listen to him when we were trouble making teenagers cruising around, so obviously he appealed to a wide audience.

Always looked forward to "The rest of the storey"

I always enjoyed his news and the rest of the story. I did not always agree with him but I respected him and his opinion. I also admired him for saying what he believed in even if it was not a popular thing to say.
