I don't know if thi is fake or real, but the fact that there are guys in full hazmat suits fussing with some sort of project and buddy the dopey tourist is right in there with them.

I love this picture, the tourist guy looks hilarious.

I've seen that picture a few times and have always wondered about it. That makes sense that it was a training excercise.
