Still on the Edradour at the moment and currently got the pipe full of Borkum Riff.
Usually have Erinmore flake but fancied a change.

May need to buy a pipe with a rain cover once the tractors up and running as it gets a little windy up here

Peace man

We up Kaitemako road
Can't see it from the house but if I go up the field at the back we can see it.
Go 10 power binoculars!!

Did a lot of work for that puppy....
Most of the 6 inch pumping hoses you saw on TV came out of our workshop.
6 inch by 5 metre with stainless Camlocks
About 250 of them all done inside of a week plus all the other smaller pump hose and suction lines.
Workshop racked up nearly 300 hours of overtime in the first 2 weeks making stuff to get oil off that ship (between 7 of us)

Grinds my gears when i got to see all the moaning residents on the news having a cry on the TV about how 'nothing was being done' and 'look at our lovely beach, boo-hoo' and I know there were 18 hour days being done all over Tauranga sorting it out and there they are standing having a cry for the cameras while the cleanup team were tidying up. DO SOME WORK!! instead of blubbing on TV.

Now you'd hardly know it had happened.

Then 2 weeks later that other ship ran aground round the side of the mount,
Bwahahahaha... Where do they train these guys :confused2:

Sorry...
For those who do not know what the hoot we're on about..

Unfortunately there are people who are full of their own importance and jump up-n-down demanding that things happen which they have no bl**dy clue about. All they see is the duck sitting on the water. Never see the feet going like h*ll underneath keeping it there

I often drive Kaitemako South Road and you can just get a glimpse if you know when to look.

You don't need to be alive to get drunk with an Irishman.

Sometimes it's best if you're not ;)

Too true, too true.

I'm assuming you mean the paper road if you join up with Kaitemako from Rowe road.
My house is just down from the track.
Weren't up there recently were you?
Saw a couple of Hiluxs' up there.

I'm in Buckie, do you know it ? It's in Moray, near the coast.

Real road alright, about 1.25km long, 10 houses. I believe you can get between the two, just have to get through a couple of gates.

On Mondays I'm their postman :D

You've got that crazy Italian for a postman. Next time you see him tell him (in your best Scottish accent) McLaren are No 1 and Ferrari are cr*p.

Yes, indeed it is. I do love Morayshire

Played on one of your fine golf courses many years ago.
Spent a lot of time around Elgin growing up. (listening to 'Moray firth radio' )
Grandads family all came from Forres.

Fantastic part of the world

Yeah, the gates are always open (well, not locked) the first one is at the last house on Kaitemako South and the other one is down here which is generally wide open anyway. It is a bit rugged in one place (2 foot clay drop off. Real fun in the wet) but easy going if it's dry. Passable with a Terrano on road tyres. Barry Crump used to live up there, apparently.
Never met the postman. Nearly ridden into him on the bike a few times though. My tractor's Italian so I don't want to upset it with such slander
Some of these Italians are a little fickle (Ducati and Morini owners ;) )

Ah, MFR... I did listen to that but the music they play is just too modern for my liking, plus some of the presenters are irritating. Not Titch of course
