I bought a Brush hog sbx48 box blade and a county line 5ft back blade for $500 today, both of these are almost like brand new no wear on the cutting blades or scarifiers some light surface rust from being stored outside. Do you all think this was a good deal?
Also Can anybody tell me about the design of the back blade, it is not like the ones at my tractor supply that is triangulated up to the top link with flat stock, it is the same as the one posted here

by another member. I will be using these behind my John Deere 955, I am rather new to tractors so this will be a trial and error learning experience with these any suggestions. I have to go out tomorrow and try to figure out how to adjust the sway because tonight when put the black blade on I found it swayed so much the links were rubbing into my tires. The chains have a little adjustment left to them but I know it is not enough to shorten them up to sufficiently limit the amount of sway I have.
Thanks for any input.
Dennis
