WANTED - Crawler-Tractor with PTO and 3pt hitch

I am looking for a crawler-tractor with PTO and 3pt hitch. Does anyone have one?

I've been looking at a 1978 MF 174C (no remote hydraulics), but the seller is thinking $10k.

I bet those are like finding hens teeth! May want to look at the JD 350 and 450 line. I know on my 350, a pto is an option. The 3pt lift is a fairly easy DIY project on these as they most all came with a second hydraulic valve. I would imagine 10k would be a fair ballpark for a decent crawler tho--I wouldnt take that for my 350B and it doesnt have a PTO shaft or a 3pt lift on it. The ones I saw years ago were made for AG work, they did not have any front attachments or means to install any. They were an adaption of the class such as the JD 350s. They were popular in the OR Willamette valley large acreage grain farmers. A lot slower that wheeled tractors but could drag bigger implements. They had extra wide tracks to reduce soil pressure. This is memory from 50 years ago.

Same, Landini, Moorka and some Chinese companies still make those. I had a Case with pto but it was dependent. Most ptos on old dozers were for winches. northern sold the chinese dozers.

Buy the tractor of the size you need and put tracks on it.

That's expecting a lot. While there are some light-duty Chinese imports, crawler equipment is generally heavy and expensive to buy and maintain. Any of the mainstream makes (Deere, Cat, etc), going cheap like that may need expensive repairs so look carefully at anything you actually find. If you aren't yourself knowedgeable about the mechanicals of a crawler, talk with someone who is before buying.

In Canada we had the Universal line of tractors. Made in Romania, under license from Fiat, during communism. We had the wheeled tractor 445 but they made a crawler version. Not a construction grade crawler but nice for farm and Ag use. 3ph and pto. A guy around here has one, I almost entertained buying.
