Little bit of an off-topic response...
Did you buy that 1610 with the roll-over bars? or did you install them yourself?
My 1910 could sure use roll-over protection so I'd be interested to hear about yours.

If you built your ROPS, you obviously have decent fabrication skills. cadplans.com has plans available to build a 3 point backhoe that can be made to fit most tractors. They sell just the plans, precut parts that you weld together, or the most complete kit has the precut parts and all the hydraulic cylinders and fittings. I'm not sure what the hydraulic flow capacity of your Iseki is, but it is likely it will run a backhoe. It's just a matter of how fast things will move. An option is to use a PTO driven pump, which would create an independant hydraulic system. That would be more expensive, however. Try the build it yourself forum, I'm sure there are lots of threads about cadplans kits.

- 1986 Ford 1910 with 770B (FORD) loader, 4 MFWD; 1986 Bolens G214,back hoe,loader,MFWD (Iseki) 21 hp)
David, I have Bolens G214 which has a factory (Bolens) back-hoe on it. It's made in Fort Erie, Ontario. The tractor is a 21 hp diesel, 4wd Iseki that looks an awful like yours.
The back-hoe has its own "ladder" hook-up frame that ties into the tractor ahead of the transmission and at the rear tongue bracket and top link. The 3 point lift arms have to be taken off. In addition to the back-hoe ladder frame these two tractor hook-up points (tongue bracket and transmission/ bell housing area)are tied into the tractor frame at the front as part of the main FEL connection and connected to one another with 2 1/4" x 2" strap metal about 3 feet long back to the tongue bracket. I believe the transmission case is cast aluminunm and is obviously being protected. The back-hoe I have will go 6' deep. I'd send a picture but its buried in a neighbors shed for winter storage.
The hydraulics run off a PTO pump that stays with the back-hoe. I run the engine around 1000-1500 RPMs - any faster and its too jerky.
