Thanks for the link. I'm always amazed at what a person can do on their own. This sounded like an idea that he came up with, thought about for awhile and then just figured out how to go about making it happen.
I don't know of anything else that I admire more then that. Turning an idea into reality.

Man that is cool. The motor sounds amazing. 20,000 hours, that's over 800 days if you went 24/7. I wonder what else this guy does with all his spare time.

That is amazing. Check out tonyyang.net to see a guy who rebuilt a Ferari from boxes of parts. He is working as a Ferari mechanic now and posts pictures of some pretty interesting projects.
