Waiting

Hello out there in tractor land. I'm a new member to this sight & looking foward to some noligable conversations with you all, I have owned a mahindra for about 6 yrs, A 3015 W/loader(A little mule) Tractor has worked great . Have had no problems with it at all!
I Just bought my second mahindra, A 4530 4x4 W/loader & 509 Backhoe. Dealer said it would be ready on tuesday (03/22/12). Now there telling me, there waiting on a hose kit(Install kit) and its a week out. well it been a week & I'm Still waiting.

I'm pretty sure the backhoe is a bradco, and the hose kit should be just Quick connect fittings. Maybe different length's.

Maybe I'm being unreasonable , after all I Just I just gave $2500.00 down & sighned a 72 month contract for $30,000. And they did say it would be ready.

Well, what do you think?

I have gotten backhoes in that were either short a hose, or had a wrong hose in the kit. Some of the fittings on the hoses for the Mahindra are a British metric and the fittings are hard to find locally, so just making up a hose may not have been an option. They may well be waiting for Mahindra to get them a new hose.

The 509 hoe is a BradCo.... I ordered my Mahindra, took me over a week to get the loan approved [ I had no credit history since I bought all my new vehicles/house & property for cash ]. Took them a week or so to schedule assembly down in Chatanooga, then the dealer had to make a special trip down south to pick up the tractor. A couple days at the dealer, then then carted it back down a hundred miles to drop it off at my place... So, I know about the ' I want it now ' feeling. They probably needed something from BradCo, and that is the holdup.. Hang in there, buddy...

It did take one week to get the finaces complete. that was done on 3/22/12
I'll just have to wait. What really bothered me was the way I was treated After the contract was signed. My wife said not to sign until the tractor was complete, I figured tuesday, No problem. Should have listed to her. (Dont tell her I said that.

Any hoot, Cant wait to get her, I lost a lot of trees Last year( Drought) & I need to digg up some stups . Never thought I'd look forward to doing that!

bastrop power sports 512 321 7200 . They are a polaris, suzuki, arctic cat dealer & now there doing Tractors. Guess I shouldent complain, they are a new dealer. Hope everything go's right for them. they are about 15 miles from me.

nice. didn't know there was a dealer out that way... I have bought parts from Bill's Tractor in Liberty Hill a few times.

Mahindra called yesterday & said they shipped out the install kit. Should get it really soon.:licking::thumbsup:

Just withhold the 1st payment for a couple of weeks. Tell them that you bought a package of pens but they didn't come with ink, so as soon as the ink is in they'll get their check
