Lots of old iron
I see Country manufacturing has their wagons on sale and I thought of buying one. One is 38" X 72" and weighs 220 lbs. It has a 2000 lb capacity. The other is a 4' X 8' weighing 500lbs with a 4000 lb capacity. Do you think this is too large for a small SCUT??? Anybody have one of these??? Thanks!

I have the 6' tandem trailer, 1 ton variety. I modified it to add a hydraulic cylinder:

I also posted in the Kioti forum.

I plan to pull it behind a JD425 garden tractor most of the time. I also have a much bigger Kioti that I can use to pull it. If I can pull it with my garden tractor (maybe not quite to 2000 lbs), then you should have no trouble.

I really haven't used mine yet, though. I have pulled it around empty all over the yard, backing up hills, etc. It does handle real nice. I would think your NH would also handle the 2 ton, if you are careful and don't overload it on hills and the like.

Search for "CMI" or "Country Manufacturing" in all forums and you'll find several posts about both the trailers and the wagons. CMI wagon is a good buy for the sale price, only. The 7', 1-ton may not dump effectively on the trailer, due to the big overhang and lower ground clearance. Paint could be better.
