Well....I drove my wife nuts on our way back from visiting family in SC...needed some measurements from SCUT loaders so I hit 2 LS dealers, what was supposed to be a Kioti dealer (only New Holland on the lot) and the Rural King store in Wytheville, VA which were all in close proximity to I-77/I-81. To start with, I am used to Tractor Supply Company stores in this area of Pennsylvania and you could fit a minimum of 4 TSC stores in this Rural King store it was so big. I was impressed in what little time I had to peruse the aisles and saw a lot of items I would shop for at great prices. Can't wait to get one in my area. Anyways, here is my experience and some pics.
About an hour away from the store I called and asked if someone could check to see if they had any RK24 models in stock as this is the SCUT I needed measurements from and I was going to be in the area soon. The first guy I talked to wasn't really that helpful. He put me on hold while he checked to see if someone was available and then came back on to tell me the "tractor guy" wasn't available (I'm assuming he could have been on lunch) and could I give him my phone # to get a call back. I never got a call back so I'm assuming he didn't followup from there. Not sure. He stated he was just a cashier. For someone asking about a several thousand dollar machine you would think he would have passed me to a manager if the "tractor guy" wasn't available. Once again, a lower paid cashier handling the phone. Lesson here: RK needs to work on training employees to patch the tractor shopper call through to at least a manager.
After 40 minutes transpired and I was 10 minutes from needing to go W on 81 to go to the store instead of E to go home I called again. This time a girl answered the phone and I was connected to the "tractor guy" who was very nice on the phone. He told me they did not have any RK24's to sell in stock and explained he could order one for me and the expected lead time. He then informed me if I could get there before 4pm there was a sold RK24 that was being picked up at 4pm and I could see it (no driving as it was sold) and he would be glad to answer any questions I had about the tractor if that would help. So, once I got the "tractor guy" on the phone he did a great job. Lesson here: If you want to look at a RK tractor you might want to call ahead and make sure they have the model you want to look at and also make sure the "tractor guy" or "tractor girl" is available to assist you.

Pretty much just RK37's in stock. I think a new RK19 was at back of store (could be sold?). 2 new RK37's at back, one RK37 w/backhoe awaiting some type of service I presume

Hey, they sell a John Deere model here! And the sporting goods dept....shout out to the guy in red shorts, chatted with him for about 10 minutes, great guy...retired from the US Armed Forces.
