Value of a ym 2000

Hey everyone. I picked up a YM2000 for not much. I needs to be gone over like belts and fluid changes. What do you guys think a fair selling price is for one that will be serviced and running good with used 4ft Howse Bushcutter, 6ft used sitrex finish mower and a boom pole? Tires are decent. standard rice rear tires with skinny ones up front. a bit of cracking on the rice tires between the lugs. Hope to clean it up a bit also. It is red on hood and fenders. Someone painted the body silver.

IMO, any decent running gray market Yanmar 2WD tractor in the 20+ HP range, with no known defects should sell for $3K. Low hours, good rubber and most certainly, the added used implements would add another $1K (minimu). This is just an observation of what's happening in my location. Your area may command a higher or lower price.

Consider the market as narrow and limited due to the fear factor of gray market tractors but perspective buyers that (are encouraged to) do their research and homework will pay that for a good tractor.

I live in South Carolina and YM2000's sell for about $3000 no more then $3500. I purchased a YM2001 3 cyc. for $3500, 728 original hrs, excellant machine. Thought I needed more HP before I bought it but turns out its more then I needed.
