value of a B7500 HST?

I've been watching the classifieds and equipment traders for a used B series Kubota for quite some time. I found a local B7500 HST w/ LA302 FEL. 450 Hrs. 3 pt rototiller, 5 ft. backblade, and a landscape rake. My question is: what is a rig like this with these implements worth? I know what his asking price is and what he said is his bottom dollar. I like to feel like I'm getting a good deal whenever I buy something, but I don't want to offer him waaaay less than what it's worth. Any help is very appreciated.

I'm in NE Ohio. He's asking $9500. I don't know the brands of any of the implements. The tractor has R4's and is either a 1999 or 2000 model.

Sounds like a fair price if the implements are the same age as the tractor. 450 hours is low. 500 hours is considered broke in on those motors.
I have a B7500 HST and love it with about 370 hours so the 450 hours is not really high hours. I'm guessing 100-120 hours a year is average.

Tractor and FEL being the most expensive items and depending on the make of the rototiller will determine the value!

I own a new B7510 with a 302FEL and a B4672 BH , you just can't find a better piece of machinery!

All things being equal and well cared for GO FOR IT and be happy!

I just wanted to follow-up with those that helped with my decision and to all the posters in this forum. I made the deal today on the B7500.
The seller was incredibly friendly and made sure I was totally comfortable with my purchase. He said he had nothing to hide about the tractor. He pointed out all the little "flaws" - scrapes and rust and such, but nothing significant. He even brought the tractor out to my property and let me drive it around, pull a couple of fallen trees out of the woods, give the loader a try, etc....
I was really torn between getting a new model with Kubota financing and this 7500, but I'm sure that this tractor will fit my needs rather well. $8,900 seemed like too good a deal to pass up.
My future plans include adding a tooth-bar, MMM, and hooks welded to the bucket. Oh yeah, I'll include pics as soon as I can get the wife to quit hot-roddin it around!

Sounds like you got a great deal to me, especially with the implements included. I am sure you will get many hours of enjoyment out of the unit. It is amazing what they can do and mine is only a BX /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I thought I'd post a couple of pictures of my B7500. Thanks to all the great information on this site, I've already added a tooth-bar from Markham welding and I got weld-on hooks from AW direct. I'll get everything painted up when the weather gets a little warmer. Wish my garage was heated!
