Guessing anyone with an existing VA loan has already been contacted about this, but posting as an fyi for anyone unaware.
Got a mail notice from mortgage co in August about the VA IRRRL (Interest Rate Reduction Refi) program. Contacted mortgage co and in-process of a refi to 15 yr fixed @ 3.35. No appraisal, asset or income documentation required. No loan/app fee, but there are points to close - still works out a great deal in my case.
May be worth looking at for those with VA loans.
