UTB made C6864 a safe buy?

I 've narrowed my choice of tractors down to 2. The Montana C6864 or the Mahindira 7520. The Montana seems to have more bang for the buck- 4x4, loader, 68 hp for $19999. My concern is with the manufacturer UTB. A thorough web search dug up no details about the company's health. I've read the rumours that the company was sold, but can find no concrete proof of this. Will I be able to get parts for this machine when I need them?

daycab.....Sounds like you're in the same situation as me. I'm looking very seriously at a C5264. I was sure I was going to get it until I done alot of digging on the net. Now, I have basically the same questions as you. Let me know what you find out.
