Hi,
Maybe one of you Texas or south of the border guys can help me. My daughter is going on a school trip to Cancun this summer. I am trying to find the cheapest way for her to call back home. The phone cards are an option but I am wondering if cell service would be as cheap? My only expirence with Mexico was many years ago trying to stay out of (or get into) trouble in Tijuana /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif.
