Hello folks,
I picked up some items from Specialty Repairs Custom Mods and was going to make a thread about it, and then thought, what about a thread for everyone to post the changes they've made to their Kioti CK10/20 tractors? There has been a recent influx of owners, so this could be useful for them. So, let's see your tractors, accessories, and modifications. If these are things you've made, that's awesome and we want lots of pictures; if these are items purchased, please provide a link to the supplier.
To start with, I want to go back to the aforementioned items from SRCM; first, a differential lock pedal extension, and then guards for the hazard lights. These are items I had, and appreciated, on my old Deere 1025R; I'm really glad to have them again, those guards alone have the potential to pay for all of this over the life of the machine.
While SRCM, at the time, aimed their products almost exclusively in Kubota's direction, it seemed some of their offerings should work on my CK2610. So I reached out to them, and upon passing along some measurements, they determined what products in their inventory would fit with my Kioti. I placed the order shortly after, and anticipated a long wait, as I'd dealt with shipping from Canada before. Surprisingly, the items arrived early! I installed the differential lock as soon as I had the chance, but come to find that the light guard needed... something. That something was rubber spacers, which allowed me to center the light in the guard without disconnecting a thing.
Kathy was my point of contact at Specialty Repairs Custom Mods, and she was wonderful to deal with. The guards and differential lock are good and heavy, and will certainly see use over the years to come; I have nothing but praise for Paul and Kathy, and am happy to shill a little for them, they produce quality products.

Prior to this I'd added an adjustable lift rod, seat cover, and grille guard. The lift rod is Kioti/Daedong OEM from eBay, and is something I should have had on the tractor when it arrived, but I didn't know. Anyhow, it's so much better than a damn turnbuckle, a real knuckle saver for me. The seat cover is from Jay's Equipment Seat Covers; it's their small back 18 inch in vinyl, upon their recommendation. Lastly, a grille guard from Broken Anvil Metalworks; alternatively 511 Designz sells a solid guard as well.
