Used Tractor pricing

I have a 2006 CK20hst with 334hrs for sale and need to know how much it is worth. Hope someone can give estimate price for this tractor. It has had all the maintaince done on time and has had the loader fix done. Thanks for all the help.

The blue book value of that setup is about $11,500 for a private buyer, if the tractor is in good condition.
