Ok, here is the deal... I was quoted $11,500 for a 2003 TC24D (turf tires, 12A FEL, 275 hrs). It still has 1 year on the warranty and the dealer will throw in an extra year to provide piece of mind. It looks pretty clean except for several big scratches on the hood and a dented front grill. Is this a good used quote for a TC24D?

$11,500 is what my 2003 TC24D cost new, just the tractor. You're basically trading the cost of the loader ($3500 =/-) for what sounds like 275 hours of (commercial?)use with a banged up hood and grill. With financing options etc, you are not too far from a new machine with no wear and tear and a 3 year warranty.

Only you know your budget and have seen the tractor, so you have decide for yourself. I just tried to put in a little different perspective.

I love my TC24D - does everything I need it to do and more. Very easy machine to operate.

Good point. Thanks for giving me some new pricing. You are right about individual perspective. So I would get a $15000 tractor for $11500. For me, getting a 1 year old tractor with low hours, only a minor cosmetic issue, and a 2 year warranty for a 22% discount is good deal. Thanks...
