USED KUBOTA M4900

Hey guys,
I'm looking at a used kubota that a guy is trying to sell because he has to move quickly out of state. It is a early 2000's Kubota M4900, FEL, 2wd, geared transmission. it has 691 hours and is in decent shape for its age and use. It has one leaky hose on the loader but other than that, it ran and operated perfectly. I have him down to $8500 and he's throwing in a used brush hog, box blade and landscape rake....Does this sound like a decent deal? I'm not up on used tractor pricing so any help would be appreciated. I know a new one of this caliber is $30k.

Don't sound like a bad price but the reason it is so cheap is 2wd tractors with loaders don't sell. If its as clean as it looks and it fits your needs go for it.

looks like a good rig. w/2wd and turf tires, (as mentioned above) your fel use will be somewhat limited. are the rears tires loaded? that would make a difference, would recommend if you buy good luck

Your stealing it and you know it. Even though it's 2WD one w/ good tires around here would go for 12K plus W/O implements.

Check if 2wd tractor REALLY fits your needs. All the rest is excellent for the price you have mentioned. Including if even you'll need to change tires (rims) into ag or industrial ones.

If it meets your needs the way it's set up, then it's a good deal. Kind of unusual to see turf tires + loader on that size tractor. What will you be using it for? Does it have sufficient ground clearance for your intended tasks?

BOUGHT IT! Turns out it came with a basically brand new king kutter 6' cutter, box blade and landscape rake. I'm looking forwards to performing all the maintenance on it over the next few weeks any suggestion?
