Used JD 110 Price

I have been posting a few topics recently about a JD 110 TLB. I have been looking at a 110 that is without a backhoe. It has all the front and rear hydraulics, 650hrs, Top N Tilt 3pth, R4s, and a 2005 model year. I think over time I could find a backhoe attachment for it. Is 15K a bad price for this loader?

I don't know how lucky you are.. but I've never seen a used backhoe only for sale for the Deere 110, and I'm always looking at used tractors and attachments.

If it is in good condition I would think that 15k is a good price for a 110 with full hydraulic package. Mine is a 2005 with similar hours and I wouldn't consider selling the front for that price.

That deal sounds maybe a little bit -- too good... $15K for a 650 hr machine?

I don't think you could buy a same hour, same year - JD 4120 with all the options you described for $15K!!

I'm always lookin' at used equipment, too. All over the country -- and I can't ever recall seeing a JD 110 hoe for sale. That would be a very rare critter to flush outta the brush - IMO.

I'd be running the serial number with my local JD dealer for some repair/warranty history and going over it with a fine tooth comb! :thumbsup:

I checked into the warranty claims on this 110. It has had some claims. Fuel tank was replaced twice, rockshaft was done, and the three point had some leaks. The last reported hours was 296hrs.

What do you all think?

It wasn't even available for sale with the hoe was it:confused2: Is this a local sale? have you seen it in person?

The hoe was never purchased with this tractor. It is local and yes I have seen it in person. Didn't notice anything wrong with fuel tank or rockshaft. I think one of the rear remotes was leaking. Backhoe hydraulics are all there.

Check around and see if there are any hoes, new or used, available.

A few years ago when I bought my machine, there was one at the dealership that had a box blade on it and looked a little "ragged". The story was that a guy had rolled it, which explained the grass growing on the roof, and that his wife made him sell it. (It was the second rollover for this machine, no wonder his wife made him sell.) Anyway, I know for sure that there was a hoe that came with this machine and someone bought it.

I don't think that one is still available, but accidents happen and spare hoes can be available.
