Used B7500 - Canadian pricing

I'm still in the process of deciding what my wife and I need for our 11 acres, but found a B7500 ( <200 hours) with 60" RFM, 1 year old loader, tiller, rear blade and 5' cultivator for just under $20,000 CDN. Its on consignment as a trade at the local Kubota dealer.

If we were going new we'd probably go with a B7610/72" mower and put off tiller purchase for a bit, but this is the first used tractor that is even reasonably close to what we think we might want that I've come across. Any Canucks out there that can provide there thoughts? Thanks.

I'm not in Canada, but I looked on Iron Search and found this B7500 in Ontario with only 125 hours, a backhoe as well as FEL, still under warranty, and they are only asking $20,500 Canadian. I think you've got plenty of negotiating room.
