Used 7800 worth?

I am looking to get a used Kubota 7800. Just wondering what this setup is worth? Here's a local add placed:

For Sale: Hi I have a Kubota B7800 with a loader and 72" belly mower in excellent
condition. The tractor has only 174 orginal hours, it has good R4 tires with fluid filled rears. Tractor and attachments were just fully serviced and ready for work,also it includes a rear three point hitch drawbar. Powered by a liquid cooled four cylinder diesel engine and has a hydrostat trans. The mower deck is heavy duty with shaft drive, also the loader and mower have a quick attach design. All equipment is in outstanding condition if interested call or text...

He's asking 13,900 for it. It that fair, or is there room to make an offer?

I just looked on tractorhouse.com for B7800 with HST, loader and 72" mower. The cheapest one I saw is listed for $15,550 and it has 599 hours.

Pretty low hours on the tractor, i'd give it serious consideration.

For what it is worth, we paid $15,400 two years ago for a B7800 with loader and backhoe. It had 300 hours. Tires were filled, it was a bank repo from landscaper. Simple, comfortable tractor that came originally with a lousy seat (replacement, about $100 bucks), dim driving lights that were blocked by loader anyway,( easily replaced with LED's on the rollbar). Starts easily in below zero temps this winter. Glitches include the seat and HST safety switches, easily replaced (or bypassed). Hopefully useful, Dave, Maryland
