Price Check Used 4310 Price Check

The following was posted locally for sale. Can anyone tell me if this is good bad or on par for a used 4310. How does the 4310 compare to the newer line up. From the prices I saw on tracterhouse, it seems like a pretty fair deal. Comments Opinions please?

4310 Tractor - purchased 07/08/04. 133 hrs. 430 front end loader, 5ft frontier box blade & I-match system. 5ft howse bush hog. Has optional 4-wd, cruise contrl, load match, scv lock lever, hydrostatic drive, rear pto only, differential lock pedal, 3 travel speeds, folding rop's. 31.2 hp. Industrial tires. $17,500.

My mother in law just paid $12000 for hers. It is a 4310 hydro w/ 430FEL with 6' box 5' rotary mower and all same options. Had 850 hrs. $12,000.

A new 3320/300CX (same as 4310 w/430 FEL) with the same set up would sell for from me $21,450-21,950 depending on customer Finance it at 0% and get 2 year warranty on it.
