Figured I would add my buying experience to the knowledge base. I researched the different small diesels here and narrowed it down to the TYM 233/273/293 or the Kioti CK20 series.
Previously owned a 2005 790 John Deere. Bought new in 2005 and sold in 2007 for $11600 with 35 hours on it.
I found a 2007 273 with loader for $8400 in Maryland.
It had the leaky spyglass, busted muffler(repaired) and torn tie rod boots(owner had replacements in hand). The rest of the tractor is top notch. Thanks for all the posts!

Good deal.
I was looking at the same size originally the TYM 233/273 and KiotiCK20 but I wanted a TLB. Ended up with a T330 Gear TLB price buster package deal from my dealer. TYM and Kioti are very good tractors at less cost of the green ones, orange ones, and MF red ones, but TYM had the 5 year warranty.
Good luck and have fun with your new toy, crap I mean tool!!!

Grut

Asuming it is the oil sight on the back. It is an easy fix. The dealer told me that the seal material hardened causing seepage. There is updated sight either for free or small amount of money. Park the tractor nose downhill so the sight is above the oil level. Then use small screwdriver to pull the sight out. Press the new one in and you are done.
