Used 2008 CK27 HST price check

A friend is looking at a used CK27 (thinks it is a 2008 model year) HST with loader and brush hog. It only has 24 hours on it and was very gently used. Any idea on what he should offer to buy it? Any issues with the CK27's in 06-08 model years? Thanks

Hi,
We have had no problems with any of the CK series except the oil coolers on a few. None lately.
Check pricing on iron search and equipment trader and drive it. Run everything.

Recently at an auction in central IN, a CK35 (@3-4 yrs. old) 15 hrs., gear, bar tires w/ ldr. brought 11,100.

What's seller asking for it? Always best to get price thier price first.
With current free loader with cash & $2500 rebate on the CK27 a new one with full warranty will be in $26k range. In 08 same tractor was going for $14 -$15k. Warranty is about out on this one, I figure around $12K with a loader would be fair for both parties. Start lower you can always go up.
