I haven't had a chance to use it yet. When I have been working in the open, it has been overcast. When it has been sunny, I've been crashing through the brush. All I know for sure is that if I had gone with a hard canopy, I probably would have ruined it by now. The umbrella comes off in a heartbeat, and the ROPS can take the whacking that the low branches around my place have been dishing out.

I'm also interested in the umbrella for my 4310. I originally ordered it with the umbrella, but cancelled it at the last minute. My new metal building will have garage doorways that are only eight feet high. I was concerned it wouldn't clear. Do you know how tall your 4410 is with the umbrella installed? Also, can you describe in more detail the ease of removal?
