Upgrading from stand Dif to Locking Differential

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to upgrade the front wheel differential to a locking differential? If so, how would you go about finding what part replaces the stock?

trade what you have for what you want.

Locking diff is not trivial.

But amazing what it can do regarding traction...The Hurlimann has a front and rear locking diff. With both engaged, one would consider climbing a wall! ;-)

You will most likely find it is cost prohibitive.
The only tractor I am aware of that has factory front diff lock is Same (Sar mare) from Italy.
